I'm very excited to be the first guest on a brand new podcast: Smart, Funny Tortured with host Paul Chamberlain.
In this re-engagement with the podcast, I'm recalling (and adding to) the values I explored when I created this blog more than a decade ago.
Some days are good. Other days are not so good. But I have enough experience and hindsight to know that this, too, shall pass. In the meantime... much to watch, listen to, read and write.
