Stanley Classic Vacuum Bottle 1.1qt, Hammertone Green

Whether by electric drip, percolator or analog method like French press or Chemex, you’ve worked hard to get your home brew just the way you like it. Every morning, the amazing aroma of your favorite fair trade beans from your local roaster fills your home. Then there’s the taste. Perhaps Folger’s put it best: “The best part of wakin’ up…”

You love coffee. But not just any coffee. You love your coffee. Why not save a few bucks each week and bring it to work, man-style?

The classic hammertone green Stanley thermal vacuum bottle has been keeping coffee-on-the-go fresh and piping hot since 1913. Made with double-wall vacuum insulation, stainless steel construction and a durable rustproof finish, this men’s essential is BPA-free and comes with a lifetime warranty. I’ll add that it’s much more grown-up, masculine and a hell of a lot sexier than that plastic 16 ounce sippy-cup in the cup holder next to your car seat.

Not only will you enjoy better coffee and save money, you’ll also help the planet. One thing better for the environment than a recycled paper cup is one less recycled paper cup. (And don’t get me started on the plastic lids.)

I’m all for bringing this tough, handsome, refined construction site staple to the office. Sure, your co-workers might throw you weird looks, but they’ll covet your superior brew and be secretly envious of the confident swagger with which you pull it off.

I agree. I carry my Stanley sticking out of my Filson briefcase. Then you’re really doing it man style. Best Wishes, Ingemar.

  2. When the coffee inside the thermos is really good, it smells great every time you pour a cup. There will be pleading looks from co-workers…

  3. I have been bringing my coffee to the office in a Stanley thermos since January. You get some looks walking down the hallways or in the subways sometimes mainly because you don’t often see a twenty-something carrying a Stanley. Got to say it beats standing in the Starbucks line at 0900 and it’s better for the environment. This thing will last me for life! Got to say thank you for the inspiration–it has made a tremendous difference so far!
