Why Work Doesn’t Happen At Work

Software entrepreneur Jason Fried, co-founder of 37signals and co-author of The New York Times bestseller REWORK, talks at TEDxMidwest in October 2010 about his theory of why real work actually doesn’t get done at the office. He outlines the main problems, which he calls “M&Ms” (meetings and management), and then suggests three solutions.
