Sometimes it’s fun to put on your earphones and listen to music that feels like a soundtrack to your own little movie or moment. This is a small selection of songs that do that for me as I work the streets of the city. (Yeah, I said ‘work’ the streets.) I’d be lying if I said that some of these songs didn’t actually affect the rhythm of my walk.

As with all my playlists, take what you like and leave the rest. Let’s all have a good week. Enjoy.

This week’s playlist…

This little blog runs on elbow grease, midnight oil and the occasional bad idea. Access is totally free. Any help you can give so I can continue to produce content and keep the lights on would be immensely appreciated.

George: I enjoy reading about the subway and clothing you discuss in your blog. However, i do have a small problem that you discus how the subway is so great and it saves our planet by not using the gas guzzling autos, but then one of your advertisers is an insurance company. Perhaps you need to be a little more discreet in who you allow to advertise your site. More clothing blogs please. And yes, more of your future novel…….it was very interesting to hear about your youth. Thanks. JJSP

Mormorgator, again. About 10 minutes after e-fan-mailing you, I watched you shaving on Twitter (with a double-edged razor??)

As you were lamenting about Lenore’s refusal to shit.

I was mesmerized! You seem to have some novel relationship with reality that is so, new, fresh (and over-matching the recent requirement for ‘authentic’ and ‘vulnerable’!). I can only say, “Thank You!”

And, WHATEVER YOU’RE DOING, PLEASE KEEP DOING IT!

Mormorgator, here, again. P.S. I’m even interested in your playlists – but that might say more about me, than about you!
