In this video, I talk about two very common mistakes men make when wearing a single-breasted jacket or blazer with two or three buttons. The mistakes involve 1.) how to button the jacket, and 2.) when or when not to button the jacket at all.
Thanks for watching!

Great video George! And a nice “button” at the end. 🙂 By the way, why does Donald Trump wear a tie past his crotch? Is there some phallic cover up issue or insecurity there???
the guy is a fashion mess
Thanks, David! As I said in the video… Don’t get into anything you see in the pic of Trump.
Thanks George! Also, love the watch…….who?
Thank you! The watch is a Mougin & Piquard from J.Crew/Tourneau.
Hollywood is casting you as the next Bond, right?
Dude, no one is casting me or hiring me for anything lately. But thanks for the vote of confidence.
Well done. This is probably one of the things that drive me insane when I see men do. Also, what’s up with men not breaking the thread that keeps the vent(s) closed?
(Don’t get me started.)
haha brilliant… can I add one? Never wear a backpack with a jacket!!! ARGHG!! I die a little on the inside when I see that.
Something I struggle with: when I give presentations I tend to move around the room quite a bit. Still keep it buttoned?
If you are on your feet, yes.
If one wears a waistcoat does the rule change when standing regarding the buttoning of the coat?
It is the opinion of many (myself included) that the presence of a waistcoat exempts one from buttoning the jacket, even when standing.
