To complement the release of his new single “Suit & Tie” from his forthcoming album The 20/20 Experience, Justin Timberlake enlisted the services of David Fincher, bringing the celebrated film director back to his roots: the music video. Fincher, whose extraordinary directorial résumé includes Se7en, The Social Network, Zodiac, Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and, most recently, Netflix’s House of Cards, which he also produces, got his start directing music videos for the likes of Sting (“Englishman In New York”) and Madonna (“Express Yourself”, “Oh Father” and “Vogue”). With musical collaboration from Jay-Z and sick wardrobe from Tom Ford, Justin’s enlistment was to great effect, producing a handsome visual companion to a terrific pop song.
