Jennifer Lawrence, Javier Bardem, Ed Harris and Michelle Pfeiffer star in mother!, a psychological thriller about a couple’s relationship put to the test when uninvited guests arrive at their home, disrupting their tranquil existence. Directed by Darren Aronofsky (Black Swan, Requiem for a Dream), mother! looks like an absolute freak show, which means I’m in.
